I keep getting e-mails from customerservice@ea.com saying it had a problem with my billing, but I logged onto UO and my account was ok. I used my work computer to open a couple of the e-mails. Is it a hack/scam, is it weird spam, or is EA really trying to get through to me. Oh, and could they pull my uo info off my e-mail if its not my home computer, uo is not installed on my work comp. last time I got messages like that it was because my credit card on file with EA had expired. I had received a new card but forgot to update EA as to the new expiration date. the new card had the same account numbers so it took me awhile to find out what was wrong don't know if it the same thing but you may want to check.

It's not a scam if they're sending you an email to check your account information on your own. It is a scam if they send you a link asking you to use it. People will develop fake websites that the link will take you to and either it'll put something on your computer, or the fake website itself will be an exact clone of the one you're supposed to go to. You forget to actually check on your own and submit your information to them by typing in your login info.

Companies that deal with online information will NEVER send you a link to use unless they previously have stated that they will. This is a major scam a lot of scam artists and hackers use to get your info. Also websites promising things too good to be true, are scams and hacks.

It happened to me too. CC expired and I didnt check my email for a while and all of a sudden, poof goes UO.

You hit the date to get charged and its not going through. Youll be able to play until your game time runs out unless you change it...

Cabe I got the same email and it was due to my CC expiring. I updated my info by logging into my account from the UO log in screen not thru the email thou.

Are you sure thats the CC UO has? You didnt use a gametime code recently or anything?

Definitely go to http://www.ultima-registration.com and just check you info to make sure its up to date...
