A Vetren Nub has question!

Hello!

I played UO since beta till 2003. I gave the game up for newer games. I have always missed UO, and I am thinking of getting back into. I face a few problems....

My old account, I cant remember the the username or password. Any ideas on how I can reobtain the information?

Honestly I am looking for the highest populated server with a militeristic guild to play with. Any ideas?

Welcome to UO Forums Zarekk

If you still have the same email address you can request for username and password. If you don't have it. Not sure you will be able to reclaim it

. But all is not lost. You can start a new account and you will be surprised at how many peeps will be there to help you get started again. If you don't want to work your characters up from scratch you can always buy an advance character token.

As far as populated servers not sure which would be best for you. Where are you located?

Welcome!

Atlantic always comes to mind when I think of populated servers. You'll definitely want to see which servers you get the best ping time to, though, as a laggy connection can ruin the whole experience. You can see ping times when logging in, on the page where you choose a server. Just sit on that page for a few moments and the ping times will pop up.

umm...ea , I believe, has an option for your e-mail name and any/all accounts associated with it...at least it used to have.

I live on the West Coast, so I used to play on Nappa Valley. I most certainlly do remember the email address I used!

Any ideas on some good guilds?

I also believe that you can call EA and as long as you know the number of the credit card originally used to open that account you can get it back.

How do I know this works? Because before they had account tranfers service, A friend of mine quit UO, they gave me the password and account name and I reopened it. A few years later, they wanted to return to UO, they knew I still played the old account. They called EA and gave them all the original information that the EA rep ask for. They got the old account back.
