Vanishing items from inventory

Is this a notorious bug with Kingdom Reborn? I lost a salvage bag with ignots in it.

I'm a new player and all, and recently spent 15k on a boat. Now it's missing from my inventory and so is the key.

I'm really upset at this. That took almost all of my money. Does anyone know or heard about this happening?

Hello, the only problem I heard about is no items appearing in some of the backpack display modes. You can fix that with an upgrade of your Graphic card drivers (ATI only).

Did you try swapping through freeform - listview - gridview?
Were the salvage bag and key both in your main backpack?
Which shard are you playing on?

There is a known issue about leather and Salvage bags but that's all I heard.

I had the problem occasionally, but logging out and on again has always solved it. So for me, the stuff never was really gone, just invisible.
