Using of mark scrolls.

The question is - do i must have skill in magic to be able to use the mark scrolls on the runes? If so, what is the minimal level of magic to have any chance for success?

You know I am NOT sure but I THINK anyone can use them but... I would wait for other people to reply but it seems like you can double click cast and be okay but like I said... I am not sure.

you do need magic skill to use them but they can be used at a lower skill level then you would need to cast the spell.

The scroll is considered 2 spell Circles lower then the spell is. so if you have a 7th level scroll you need to be able to cast a 5th level spell to use it.

remember recall scrolls put into rune books do not need any magic skill to cast.

Sometimes its just alot easier to ask someone to mark a few runes for you, than temporary adding magery to a templete to mark a rune.

Remind me never to ask the Mayor of MoonGlow to mark a rune for me, because all I do is pick up marked runes littered all over the place.

Yeah just ask someone, or have yoru mage char mark them.
