The title of my subject asks my question. I tried to redeem my gift code and got the message it was invalid and to call a GM. Anyone else here redeem their code yet? Did they get the gift? Any problems?

Did your account experience any billing problems recently.. declined credit card, etc. This will display a period of inactivity and thus won't allow you to claim your token. This was the problem many were having with the Evil Items as well. You have to call billing so they erase that blemish on your billing record and then the system will let you claim your code.

No, I must have entered the code wrong because the next day I tried the code again and it went through. I have the Fountain of Life.
