tactics question

i was working a new warrior char today, and i realized that when i was fighting harpies my tactics was not gainning. anatomy and parrying all went up and mace too alittle. i did get a tact gain when i whacked a headless one, but never when was beating up harpies

my tactics on my other chars has been maxed forever, so never noticed it prior to now.

is it a bug or what... oh yeah didn't gain off earthies or trogs either

I think that Tacs has to be near to the level of the mob youre fighting.

I rememer being in the 90s and not getting a solitary gain for a while and then I checked what I was fighting (OLs I think) and they had 0 Tacs. I found something with around 80-90 Tacs (matter of fact, I think it was either regular or Stone Harpies

) and the gains went cranking away...

i get best tact gains on really easy stuff like orcs and such

man i guess that has changed at all.

actually i rework all my templates and got rid of tactics to make way for better skills
