spellweaving scroll question

hi, does anyone know where we can find the spellweaving scroll for Summoning Fiend. I know its from a quest, but i have no idea where to get the quest from..

im told from the arcanists in heartwood.

The Arconist in Heartwood only gives the scroll for Summoning Fey, not for summoning fiend. I got the feeling I have to make friend with a fiend for this quest...

oh then then summoning fiend one is from the arcanist in the Sanctuary dungeon.

remember if its not the right quest cancel and ask him/her again...sometimes they have mutliple different types of quests on em.
