What areas of UO would I most likely find monsters with the Mark and Gate spell scrolls as drops? And are they generally hard to kill?

Or, where is a good place to find someone selling full spellbooks on the Oceania shard? I really want to be able to make recall runes and a runebook, but I don't have the needed spellscrolls on any of my characters and I can't seem to find anyone who has them I can have/buy.

Have you checked the mage shops in the different towns? Sometimes the mage NPC's have them available for sale. Just a thought.

Here is a pic of the place to go in oceania for gate and mark scrolls . Price appears to be fair. Vendor name is recalls etc. 10 gate for 650 gp, 10 mark for 700.
I got this from searchuo.com, the second to last link in my signature. Very useful tool that shows all vendors in luna for most shards.

So far I've not found an NPC with scrolls any higher than 4th circle. My main character has all the spells through 4th circle, but nothing after that.

O_o Why is SearchUO selling game gold? Isn't that against the rules, or is UO one of the few places that allow that kind of thing?

EA-Mythic has never pursued action against brokers unless they dupe or knowlingly sell duped items.

I found it. ^_^ I don't have enough gold on my new character, so I need to wait a couple minutes and log in as somebody else to buy them.

run to the center town, go above the bank, and log out in the bedroom areas. This is an inn, and lets you log out instantly.
