Serpentine Dragons

Could anyone give me some advice as to where I could find some serpentine dragons? I ran into one reccently and would like to get a closer look and maybe do some hunting for it.
Would appreciate any help.

Go to Ilsh.--Justice shrine. Run over to the Jukan city and then north straight to the city until you come to the serpentine passageway. This will lead you to a valley inhabited by centaurs, pixies and the serpentine dragon.

Also, if you had the people to do so, you could work up the Oaks spawn at Spirituality to 4th wave, which is an insane amounts of Serps. Thing is, it is a positive karma spawn, so you need to either not kill anything with a blue name(only kill wisps, shadow wisps, centaurs) or be a very good fighter and not worry about the 45min paralyzes you get from the pixies..hehe... Either way, its a good chance to get some gold and earn yourself a champion title
