Scrapper's recipes

Hey i was wondering what quests should i do if i hope to eventually see a scrapper's recipe?

Empty bottles is the easy quest to do. Just buy up the bottles from your local Alchemist NPC. Though its typically cheaper to buy potions that you can drink...lesser poison works good. I Think they are like 7 gp per...

If you are workinga Tinker, the taps should provide som lower level gains.

Tinker Tools have to be the bought kind, you cannot craft and trade them in.

Clocks are just time consuming to make.

Wind Chimes take a fairly high level tinker. Over 90 to get a success rate of over 50% if memory serves...

Actually, I made the crafters tinker tools and was able to trade them in. I was able to mark them as quest items and get the rewards.

okay gotcha - looks like i was on the right track...

anyone know what the probability is of getting a rare recipe? does luck affect it by any chance?

Dont think luck as anything to do with it (not 100% tho). Took my like 10 hours before I got the pendant of the magi. Some people say you can spend two weeks there before you can get a rare recipe.
