scrappers compendium

Hi i was wondering if it was possible to get recepes without buying them from a player vender. Are they dropped? Ive been looking for a scrappers compendium scroll on atlantic from players and vendors for weeks with no luck. If anyone has one or might now if theyre dropped id really appreciate it. Thanks all.

The recipe is aquired in Heartwood by completing either the barrel tap, clock or wind chime quests. It is EXTREMELY RARE that the npc will give out a scrapper's recipe as a reward, but theoretically still possible. Just gotta have LOTS of time on your hands and the tenacity to keep trying:]

i spent hours doing the bottle quest and didnt get one, got loads of useless stuff though

same here i got more recipes then emeril and still not the one i want so i gave in a bought one

Ah ok,lol..Didnt know that,in all my 5 years ive never really been enywhere but fel and trammel.Ill go do those quests, thanks alot all.
