Rune book?

How do I make/where do I buy a rune book? I have a rune I picked up that I want to put into a book, plus I plan to try and make a few of my own soon as i'm tired of running to my house and back over and over again. :p But, I can't seem to find anyone who sells rune books. Do you use a spellbook, or is there someone to get a runebook from?

A player scribe only makes them. They are usually found at vendors. Being that you are on Oceania, the BEST bet is to look at shops in Luna. The second best bet is to stand at bank and ask for scribes to make you one. The third, make your own scribe

If you start the inscription skill at 50, you have a 10% chance to make a rune book.

A slight update, the maximum recall charges has been doubled to 20.

I know of no other player resource on that shard. I tried searchuo.com, but your shard is no longer supported by them.
