Hi guys and gals!

After a few years I have returned to UO.

It would be great if anyone would be so kind to answer my questions. Over time I might add more questions.

- How do you get commodity deeds?

Commodity Deeds are purchased from NPC bankers/minters. Once purchased, place the stacked commodity in your bank box, double-click the deed, and target the stack. It will fill the deed, which can then be sold to other players, etc.

Please note that the deed must be in a bank box to be redeemed.

Is it possible to own more than 1 house?

You can own one primary house on a productions shard and a house on the Test Center shard. Unless you have an old account with "grandfathered' houses, that is all you can own at present time.
