The durability of my items going down, some going to break very soon. Are there some NPC wich repair them? I just could't find how to do it.

Player crafters can repair your items, or you can purchase repair deeds and use those in the appropriate shop to repair your items yourself. Ie buy a tailor repair deed, go to a tailor shop and click the deed, target leather item, repaired! Yay!

If you mean the total durability is reaching zero due to several repairs, you'll need Powder of Fortification to raise the overall durability again. Each charge raises the durability by 10 points, and the powder is received as a smithing BOD reward. If you can't get powder yourself, find some to buy from player vendors.

Who sell those repair deeds? I checked all the shops, didn't find them. Are they sold only by players?

Yup, repair deeds are made by players and thus sold by players

In general, no NPC can do repairs for you, only other players can. Either in person, or by selling you a deed that you can use yourself.

Ok, good to know it. Now need to go and start looking. Maybe you know where in Europa shard are player shops who sell those things?

You can ask players loittering and making Bod runs around Luna Smith and Tailor Shops to make some repair deeds for you. I would suggest never hand the actual item to the individual, but give them a blank scroll.

To add more durability to an item you will need Powder of Fortification, which can be bought from player venders or earned through turning in BoD (Smith Bulk Order Deeds) for rewards.

The Wife runs a shop on Europa, Head North from West Brit Bank Past the smiths and keep going until you hit the mountains.

Head west following the mountain untill you come to the pass throught the mountain.

Then go through the pass and you will find the shop just the other side.

Otherwise if you see any of the [.R.] Guild ask them if Herbie or Morris are on and they will be happy to sort you out.

If you cross from Skara on the ferry to the mainland and then follow the coast West and North you will come to a few houses with Italian flags on the roof. My shop is just above (Northwest), it's called Jomo's Supermarket.

I sell Archer, Smith and Tailor repair deeds and Power of Fortification.

Also... absolutely NEVER hand your item to an NPC and and expect to get it back... if you give it to them, it's a gift to them. They will thank you and go on their way. Your items will not completely break until they go below 0, but if they are in the single digits, you could go to 0 pretty quick...
