Red Soulstone

Quick question on the 1st year vet reward...Is the red soulstone bound to the character that claims it or just the account? I want to chose that reward, but if it is bound to the character I need to make sure I use the right one.

Hehehe, it sure seems that way by the way they state it when you go to claim it, doesnt it? I was thinking the same hing at first...

But no, the stones are bound to an account, not a char, so any char on your account can use it.

Yep, it's the only one account bound at the get go.

It doesnt have a cap on total uses like fragments do but it has the 24 hour timer just like the other full size ones...green and blue.

Im ressurecting an old thread here again, but it's exactly pertinant to my question, the first part of which was answered by searching and finding this thread.

Im wondering if a person who has an account with say 5 reward choices....could they choose 5 soulstones?

If so, should a person do this since they are worth so much yet account bound, but the other rewards can be bought with gold?

My thinking is if I never get the chance to buy a soulstone, but Its possible to buy other vet rewards, why not just get all soulstones?

Itd be great to get some thoughts on this.

If you want soulstones using your vet rewards is a good way to get them

You can have as many from vet rewards as you want beasty boy.

Thanks for the info all.

Now Im mad cause I had 7 rewards to choose from but I went and claimed an ethy swampy the other day...Seems to me it would have made more sence to get a soulstone and just buy my Ethy.

Maybe Im not understanding what soulstones do, but it seems to me that they are by far the best vet reward to choose?

Anyone else agree with that or is my thinking flawed?

By what other means would one be able to obtain a soulstone?

IF there are any still out there, soulstones can be bought in token form.

Fragments are more common, but are limited to 5 uses, and can also be bought in token form (do not buy if it is not in token form, else it's just deco).

Polar bears. YOU GOTTA have one.
Soul stones
Ethies
Dye tubs
WEapon engraver (great for advertising)
All the rest
