Hi all, I've noticed since coming back to UO that despite my best efforts at aquiring better armour items etc my AR rating still seems a bit poor compared to other players. My other character recently became a GM smith and when he made himself a set of GM bronze armour his armour rating was much higher than my main character despite all his magic items etc.

Anyway I have just totally removed all of my main mans equipment to find he has a base AR of MINUS 39 and plus 10 in everything else. Just to make I wasnt making a mistake I did the same to my smith and he had a base of 0 in everything which makes sense. Any ideas why my main character has this different base in AR etc??? Should a call a GM or something?

is that what causes the ar drop? or is that the cure?

magic reflection just lowers phsical resist but raises all the elements

if cast again on urself then the magic reflection is turned off

Magic Reflect • Decreases caster's Physical Resistance by (25�- (Inscription / 20)) points, increases caster's Fire, Cold, Energy and Poison Resistance by 10 points each. Almost opposite of Reactive Armor spell. Lasts until cast again.

If you click the blue gem on your stat bar it will bring up a gump that tells you what effects and spells are on you.
