A Question About the Library Community Collections

Ok this is the only one that I have not yet donated too.

Once I complete the quest of slaying those speckled scorps or whatever and finish up the main quest, will a box appear to allow me to see what I can donate?

Because Ive been there to the Library in Brit and I cant see a box like I do at the Museum and Zoo..

You get a tailsmen in the end that says you are a library donater..but it's just for show. Finishing the quest just enables you to donate. There are different NPCs...each one takes something different. Find the NPC that takes the stuff you want to donate, and give it to them. Their menu looks the same as the Zoo and Museum ones, just you have to talk to an NPC to get it.

hehe No..it would make it easier. Library is strange to me...

Also..the NPC that give things to keeps your score. If you give to a different NPC, they totals don't add up together. Each one is a different tier. Pain in the arse..

Oh do you know if museum/zoo is accoutn based or just character based? There were a few people asking me yesterday and I have no idea.

It would be good if it was account based so my carpenter/tailor/tinker/smiths could donate individually, but its really not that big a deal.

I would think that it was character based..but account based would rule! LOL

Maybe someone else here knows...

Account based would rule....a friend and I were ttalking about this last night in heartwood with a few other people....just came up and we were all scratching our heads...lol.

As far as I have ever heard it is Character based, but I can test it out later today. Also Thradia thanks for the tip about the diferent chars not adding up. I really need to find the guy at the Library who takes logs with all the damn wood i got now from lumbering. Thanks again.

I've a question about library donations. What are these tiers all about? I made a donation to the samurai in the library, working towards the 800,000 point reward to get the samurai glasses. I noticed that there are points calculated to get to a higher tier. The tier is now at 0 . . . so what happens when it gets to 1? How high can tiers go and what is their significance? I can't find this information anywhere so I'm hoping someone who reads these boards might be able to answer my question. Thanks!
