Well, I got the 14 days trial code, I go to the www.ultima-registration.com put the code, and when I get to the part of setup my credit card I have this odd "error", I put my card number press submit but it seems loading but it comes back to the same page and dont point any error...

PS: I am from Brasil and i am using a debit card is it a problem ? It is Visa and is International...

I am in the States and I use a debit card for my payments as well. My card can be run as a credit card or a debit card (although it is only a debit card) Maybe that is the problem. Your card may not be able to be run as a credit card. You may want to contact EA directly about it. (unfortunatley it will probably be a long distance call )

You know that is odd, I think I got an error like that awhile back. I was trying to enter some billing info for my friend's account but for some odd reason when I tried to submit it, it would just go back to the billing info page as if nothing had happened. Unfortunately, I was never able to figure out what was the problem.

My suggestion: if someone on these forums doesn't know the answer, I suggest you go to the EA Support Site and see if you can find the answer there, or Email their support to see what is the problem.

Okay, this is going to sound weird, but then again, EA's support site is something else altogether...

What you want to do is get to the "Ask a Question" area so you can ask a question. Here is how I got there (after a fair amount of searching). Go to the EA support site and click on the "My Stuff" tab. It should bring you to a login screen. You will need to register with the EA Support Site to proceed. Now, once you've registered, log in.

You should see those four tabs, "Home", "FAQs", "Utilities", and "My Stuff".
That's where "Ask a Question" should be. If you don't see it, type in "ask a question" where it says "Search Text" below the tabs, then hit search. Now the tab for "Ask a Question" should be there. Click it, put in all the necessary information and ask your question. Hopefully they'll respond by tomorrow.

And by the way, this elaborate method for asking a question is how I had to do it, it may be different for you because the EA site likes you or something.

I use my debit card also.. which is sponsored by visa... and nope don't have a problem with it... it could be a glitch they are having with the sight... but I would call them or at least e-mail them to see if they have an 800 # you could call so you are not spending un-speakable amounts of money on the phone call.. all businesses love the hold option...

I had this problem before and ended up getting my card locked by the bank because they saw me trying to make several attempts to pay my account all within a few min of each other. Just completly log out of the site and start over and it should work.

You need to make sure your card isn't being charged multiple times.
Your card should not get charged until after the 14 days are up.
Have you tried to access the account since entering a Credit Card number?
If you are still having troubles, please use the customer service number.
You may get someone with an accent, please be patient.

Ok, thanks for everyone help the EA Support manually input the code on my account so I am able to play the 14 days trial, now I will decide if i continue to play on OSI or not
