PBD on siege

I logged into my one of my chars on siege and their deeds are now colored and says decortive(sp?)

whats up with that?

PBD's are no longer deeds now. They work similar to the way insurance does on the production shard. Just click on your character and choose "Siege Bless" from the context menu.

You can activate it through a context menu now for every player, apparently.
