mr. deeds item and clothing

Does anyone know how to acquire item bless deeds is there a quest or something..And what are clothing bless deeds worth

Clothing bless deeds are a reward for completing tailoring bulk order deeds. On Atlantic I usually see them selling for around 350k-400k.

Thanks now all i need to know is about item bless deeds

item bless deeds came in two forms:
1) from the "Clean up Brit" campaign when T2A was released as a reward. These no longer spawn, and sell for hundreds of mills

2) Personal bless deeds from AOS. These also no longer spawn, and are only blessed for the character name on the deed.
