Mining locations
Where are some good places to mine? I can't go to Britain because of the spider monsters, and the only cave I know of so far in Luna is blocked by magic, and I don't know how to go about getting permission to get in. I just made a blacksmith character and I need to find somewhere to actually work on her skills now, at least until the monsters in Britain go away.

Re: Mining locations
The best mining city in Britannia is Minoc. From the Minoc moongate go NW (straight up from the moongate) until you hit town. To the north of town is a mountain with mines, and a very convenient forge and anvil for smelting your ore. There is no monster spawn there at all, it is quite safe.

Re: Mining locations
You do know that any where there is a mountain you can mine. Being in a cave is not necessary. You can mine from just outside Luna's east gate all around.

Re: Mining locations
Meh, if it's just mining you want (specially on Pac) I'd say Cove, you'll be 100% safe, there are forges all around and once you've done 1 round the beginning will have re-spawned more.

Re: Mining locations
Best place to mine is Fel Brit in the west guard zone area. You get twice the amount of ore you would otherwise and your safe from pk's. Oh and get 5 packies, leave them somewhere safe and then go through the moongate at brit and head northwest. Once in the safe zone, log out and back in to get your packies. there is several forges near the mountains near the farms. Just have 1 macro for Guards if a pk gets stupid (happened to me once and one call to guards got him guard whacked, lol). You can get every color of ore.
