Mana regen, stamina regen and hitpoint regen caps?
I swear the listed caps for each of the three stat regen properties aren't up to date on Stratics. Perhaps they are, and I'm just confused because I haven't been following the ongoing discussions publish to publish. Can anyone confirm what the caps are?

Nope they are the total caps. So with 120 Med and 18 MR on a suit you still only get 18 MR. Sorry folks, thats the bit they nerfed most recently. So the regen rates Bo posted are the max that any char can have, reguardless of circumstances. And PvP and PvM regen rates are no different. How does UO know what its regening against????? LOL.
