When using Polymorph (thus being flagged as a criminal) is it possible to be attacked and killed by players outside of guard zones in Trammel?

I have been wodering that myself. I remember seeing people go grey with Reaper form back during Haloween last year and thinking that very same question...

If your in trammel, being gray does not make you attackable
