Magery FC 4?

Hi..

Thought I was sure of this, but now I'm abit uncertain!

I know that if you have over 69.9 magery, chivalry will be capped at 2 FC! And if its 69.9 or below it's 4 FC..

But now someone told me that if you are 69.9 or below this value Magery ALSO is capped at 4?! Can anyone confirm this?

(Because that would be sick

)

Chiv will be capped at 4, not magery.
