HI,

I recently changed over to KR and a strange and very frustrating issue seens to be happening to me with my locked down items in my house......I can't release them !!!, I type "I wish to release this" and the targeting cursor comes up with thetext also saying "choose the item you wish to release", however after targeting an item it simply remains locked down, so I thought I would try to lock something down and the same again it doesn;t let me...Hmmmm I thought maybe something has changed in KR with the commands but no they are the same.

I can only think it must be a bug of some type in the transfer to KR, has anyone else experienced anything like this or have any advice... going through the whole EA help thing is painful and I'm trying to find a solution without going to them.

Ill have a look around and see if anything else has been posted on this matter .

Do you have the 2D client? If you do try to lockdown in 2D, if it works there.

Then yup you found a bug in KR, If it does not work in 2D either then its still might be a bug with affects both clients.

Either way report in KR client through the bug report button.

Ive searched tons of pages but found nothing,sorry.

Id go with Warsong's sugestion of reporting it as a bug

I've submitted a bug report but who knows what happens now, I do know that it's very frustrating not being able to unlock anything in your own house.

Ive had a simular problem where I couldnt pick anything from a chest but after logging out and in again it seems ok.

Any other suggestions, I've logged the bug report and emailed them seperatly, but nothing and I;m getting really P***** off that I can't lock or unlock anything in my house.

The only thought I've had is if I rebuild the house which would force evrything into a moving crate, but I ask myself then what if I still can't and end up with an empty house !!!, Argggg

The continuation of the lock down bug, I haven't heard anything back from EA, BUT I was on with an alt and I tried unlocking something and it worked !!!, so I logged and came back in with my main , Nop it doesn;t work !!.

The strange thing aswell is that the House sign indicates that it's owned by my main char, but only one of my alts can lock / unlock things, I guess i ahouls be happy that I have a way of even doing that.

Im sure the devs know whats going on..well I hope any way Ive lost four chests worth of stuff in my tower even after they were locked down....

Been having the exact same problem on my main (homeowner that cant lockdown or unlock or even change the access on chests) while all my alts and coowner can. Weird but it will get worked out!
