An introduction and a simple question

Hey all. I just started up the 14-day trial a few days ago to check out UO. After browsing through other MMOs, I was really wondering if there was one that had a better and wider focus on tradeskills, such that you could advance through them without having to fight monsters to gain levels or finance yourself. UO seems to be exactly what I had in mind, although I don't think I'll be a notable trader or craftsman anytime soon given everyone else's 9 year headstart.

Now for my simple question. Is there an easy way to clear your current target selection (without having to select something else). It would sure make using that quick bar at the bottom of the screen a whole lot easier to use.

Hi and welcome, I've certainly found this forum to be helpfull and I think you will aswell along your path, so definatly post any questions for help etc....

What shard are you on ? , if your on Europa let me know and we can hook up , I'm more than happy to help you out with some items and GP to get you going.

I think your find the possibilities ingame endless and although sometimes you think "Awww I'm not the sort of char for that" often you find yourself exploring other avenues of trade and skills.

So pls let me know if your on Europa and I will be glad to help.

If you look to focus on crafting then the only shard where people buy GM armor on a regular basis is Siege.
