Re: Hunting Areas

insured items mean that they will not be able to be looted if you die. you could get rezzed a week later and you will still have the item. Basically it is something so that you dont lose the items if you die

Re: Hunting Areas

I have heard about the lower chiv as well.. i just had nothing better to put the 40ish points into... i suppose if i dropped focus as well it would give me more options.. although im not sure what other skills id rather have

Re: Hunting Areas

i find focus to be a waisted skill , aside from mana leech weapons . supposedly 6 mana regen is equal to gm focus , u may pay alil more for your armor but is extra points better used elsewhere.
and yes chiv of 90 is more than enough to cast all spells ,may take a few trys to do noble sacrifice.

dont forget that when you die it will cost you 600 gold per insured piece of armor/items to keep them insured. so make sure you have spare gold for insurance purposes.

Re: Hunting Areas

At 80 chiv, I almost never ever fail anything. Every so often I will have to cast EOO like twice, but Conc Weap, SJ, DF never fail, and who wants to do a noble sac in fel, insta death if anyone is near.

Re: Hunting Areas

I am on pacific btw, so if anyone has some advice please look me up. I dont run any chat programs, so not sure if there is an effective in game way to communicate with players across the game.

Re: Hunting Areas

damn it!.. another Pac peep... i played Pac for years but i left (for multiple reasons)... and moved to legends.. now ive met a few people that play Pac

sorry.. just had to rant for a moment... i can't think of an effective way to communicate in game other than party or guild... but obviously that requires meeting up every time you log in.. or starting a guild of only a few people....

There's nothing wrong with that- I'm in a very small guild and so far I haven't found any drawbacks to it at all.

Re: Hunting Areas

well its not that there are drawbacks.. but if you just want someone to talk to for a lil while to get resituated.. it might not be worth the money... after all ICQ is free..
