I'd imagine this is easily answered. However, I am a plug and play kinda guy...........If it takes some knowledge of HTML or ROTFL or LMAO, then I have no idea how to do it.

2 ways you can go about it.

First go to My Profile, then choose edit Signature.

In the box that appears you can do 2 things to get a picture to show.
1) Scroll a little lower and you can see where you can either upload a pic from your computer or enter a link where the picture can be uploaded from.

2) Or if you have your own storage for the picture simple add a line like in my example below

Change all the ( ) to [ ] for it work work correctly. I changed them so you could see the format.
