Halloween Shard

Am I missing something? It's Halloween, and I don't see the halloween shard. I checked out test and nothing.

Perhaps my tower of blackrocks have hidden the Halloween shard.

I just checked uo.com, and didn't see any notice yet that the Shard of the Dead is up. Maybe later tonight.
