Yeah, both guildies have to be within 10-15 points of each other to gain off each other i think.

yeah i was wondering why the heck i wasnt gaining fencing when i was attking a guildy... i had 50 and he had 120... go figure....

Golems made now have 99% poison resist, which is why you only do one point of damage every successful hit.
You can have multiple people hitting the same golem, it will just do more damge to the golem. How you work that is you have the other people attack the golem, then you (the owner of the golem) tells it to kill yourself and then the all guard spam.
I have not tried this with a golem for some time, but was after it was a 99% poison resist golem. The best way I have found still has to be a spellweavers Dryad allure Arctic ogre lord as they still have 100% poison resist. Keep in mind these things when training on a golem (or AOL)...
You do not want any hit spell effects like fireball, magic arrow, harm, or lightning.
You do not want to have bushido skill, as it will eventually get the Critical hit effect where you do pure damage.

With an AOL, I have had seven people whacking on the same arctic ogre lord with it staying passive with the same tactics as the golem training.

Another side note, if you have under the 80 whatever skill you want to train on, you can still gain off a golem, BUT you just need a less then GM tinker to make it for you. With like a 70 skilled tinker, you can have a golem made with about 20-40 wrestling where you can gain from nothing if that is what you wanted to do. The poison resist will still be 99% even with the lower skill tinkering.

And last side note, if you do not have tinkering skill to repair the golem, check out spellweaving for Gift of Renewal spell... ...as that will refresh the life of a golem (as well as even an Animate Dead creature)

Okay, one last point. If you are not in a guild and don't want to be (for whatever reason) you can always train on a golem in Fellucia. Same if you want non guildmates to train off your golem or arctic ogre lord.
