I ebayed a German account and all the messages from UO are in German... how do I set the default messages from German to English? ANd what the heck are they asking me in the above message?

Im no expert but the text says something about Payment options, that you can modify your account at the url and if you have any questions you can go to the last url

As for changing the account's default from German to English, all I can suggest is calling EA's Customer Service and having them reset it.
