How /where can I get a fountain of life?

Hmm... you can check your shard if anyone is selling the 9th anniv heritage token. Looks like a little green square. Not sure how much they go for now.

When you get one, just double click it and claim the fountain of life from the list of items.

I have the 9th anniversary edition - should it have been part of the stuff I got?

Only if you purchased the game and I think claimed the tokens during the period it was offered

It was promo that came with the 9th anniv code, but the 9th anniv heritage tokens have been turned off. It was only on for a few months. The tokens shouldn't be that expensive. In Atlantic, where everything is ridiculously overpriced, they sell from 1.5-2.5 mill.

About the same price in Luna in Chessy.

Ahh... if you were in either Atlantic or LA I could have given you one already. But not sure if we have any char in Chessy.
