To Elf or not to Elf?

I just built a Dexer with the normal stuff like Fencing, Bushido, ect. And by just I ment am. My question is should I make my now Human dexer an Elf?

My further question is fine tuning. This is what I have any thoughts on what to top off at or add/subtract?

Bushido 93.3
Healing 94.5
Fencing 101.8
Parry 101.3
Tactics 100.4
Anatomy 103.2

Just turned on Resist Spells so that's low and was gona fill the rest up with resist or Magery?

I realize that there are many ways to go and that's why I'm asking. What works well? I plan on trying to make this for PvP as soon as I can get a real weapon.

I advocate Elf. Youll get 20 extra mana for Bushido moves and be able to raise Dex more because of it.

In PvP, there is the consideration that Humans get a bonus to Hit Point Regeneration, but Im not sure how much that helps as I am not a PvPer.

Plus you get nightsite, which if your pvming in a lot of dungeons comes in handy, cause you do not have to carry nightsite potions or have an armor piece with nightsite on it, which helps in armor suit builds.

Dont know about hit point regen, but you do get +3 mana regen if you wear all medable gear.
