EA Registration Impossible

I bought UO 9th anniversary, and I'm trying to register. In the registration process I have to create an EA account. But link doesn't work, and www.ea.com returns an internal error (from 10 AM GMT +1).
This is the only way I foud to contact someone about this...

Could someone help?
