Is it possible to craft a staff with spell channeling?

I've searched a multitude of vendors and no one has what I'm looking for. All I want is a plain staff (gnarled, quarter, shepherds crook, doesn't matter) with spell channeling and no negatives to magery. I thought it would be simple to find, but I guess I may have to get someone to make one for me if possible.

I believe with a runic saw it is possible to craft what your looking for. The RNG is what makes it hard to get what you want

Making your wepons from Heartwood gives you a random chance at SC I thought.

Isn't a Bang Stick a spell channelling staff with some nice Magery bonuses???

Yeah thats the Boom Stick, but that's not what I'm looking for. I just want a plain staff with no stats that has SC for RP purposes.

sorry, enhancing a weapon with frostwood gives +12 damage and divides the damage between physical and cold.

true frostwood on weps does divide damage..however crafting other items such as fishing pole gives sc. I would try the shepherds crook...crafted with a reg saw and using frostwood. This might work but its been so long since I tried it cant remember. Using a runic saw gives the chance of sc but usually accompancies the - to casting. Not only that but with runics being so high in price trying to get what you need outta it is a crap shoot. Best advice go to test center and try it out first and see which way works and you havent lost anything.
