Re: Crafter #2

Thats where I put my scribe, on my mage. If I have the need to make anything scribish, I can do it there.

Re: Crafter #2

If your going to make spell books or scrappers, you want inscription on a high level mage for the mods.

Re: Crafter #2

Yep, thats why I keep my scribe on my pvp mage. Plus its easy to train it up when you already have a suit made up with MR and high med

As I recall, you have to have a certain level of magery (~70?) and carpentry in order to craft abbotairs (sp?). If you don't care about that, then magery can be swapped for chiv (w/ bonded pets).

Re: Crafter #2

Yah, I prefer to wear armor with +str to it, so a lrc suit for my crafter isnt feasable. I have 150str on him for max carrying capacity. I LJ around my house when needed, and if I ever needed to mine, I did it all walking around Umbra. I have every metal type mapped and memorized there, and was able to GM it without ever even having to leave town, so gating my animals around wasnt really that big a deal. The 1 abboitar I have, my buddy made, and its the only one I ever needed.... I am able to have 6 crafting skills, and 1 spell skill with only 60 chiv. SJ fails sometimes, but its not that big of a problem, and divine fury works when I'm overpacked.
