Craftable Artie Recipes

Started to work my crafter again, mainly talioring and blksmth, just curious in how to obtain recipes like, essence of battle, pendant of the magi, and the bracers. Are they loot on peerless monsters or quest rewards? Any help will be appreciated.

You get them by completing the quests in Heartwood for the various Elven crafters. The recipe you receive is random, and the artifact quality ones are rare drops.

Only thing I would add for clarity is: the recipes are random but if you are doing a smithing quest you will get a random smithing recipe.

do u know the name of the quest giver, I dont see it on uostuff (maybe im blind)

Depending on which recipes you want. Any NPC in Heartwood that asks you to make/give them a certain number of items will give you a reward satchel. In that satchel will be one magic item with a possibility of a recipe. If the NPC is "Name?" wine tender. If he ask for barrel taps you have a chance at tinkering recipes. If it is "Name?" Iron worker (I believe that is correct) and ask for heater shields. You have a chance at a smithing recipe. Hope this helps.
