Compliment skill for Spellweaving?

There's Eval Int. for Magery. Spirit Speak for Necromancy.

What goes with Spellweaving?

Yes, spellweaving doesn't require a complement skill but meditation and focus do help mana-wise. Healing and anatomy help for using on allured tames as will magery or chivalry to heal them magically. Then you could combine it with bard skills to discord or peace foes you have your allures fighting or warrior skills to deal damage to those same foes.

Meditation - SW is mana intensive
Magery - SW alone won't kill a foe or keep you/your friends alive
Eval int - 'cause you have magery

I toss necro and SS on as well, just because I like spells. Magery, Necro + SW is a true pure magic template =D
