Sigil (Purple) Items were an old faction bug that was Fixed. The items Are Legal.
Regular Spellbooks that are crafted by a scribe are not able to be dyed with pigments of tokuno. Only spellbooks that are considered artifacts are able to be dyed with pigments. Spellbooks Considered Artifacts and Are Dyable with Pigments of Tokuno:
