The Collectors Quest
In New Haven i see Elwood and when u talk to him he dont give the quest anymore.... are the black statues gonna become rare.... i hope so, i just made one sunday night before the update.

Well Atl just came online and it seems the quest is working so maybe on origin it is just a bug.
