Clicking to bring up options

I'm a new player to UO, and the strangest thing has happened to me. It used to be that when I left-clicked a selected NPC, I could bring up a list actions to do with him like BUY, SELL, TRAIN, etc., but one day I stopped being able to do that for no apparent reason. Does anyone know how to solve this? I've looked at the entire list of UO questions that EA has and couldn't find anything addressing my problem. If none of you knows how to fix this, does anyone know how I can contact a troubleshooter at EA?

I think it is a option. I don't play UO any more - but you can open your paper doll up and click options & flip through there. If that doesn't work, choose help.

Ah, never mind. I've figured it out. It seems my dodgy mouse did something once again without me noticing it. I have option to click and hold down shift to get what I want selected.
