No, there used to be a trick with hair style deeds to give you white hair isnt there? You use one and pick the bald option and then use another right after it and pick the actual hair style you want.

I did it once many moons ago, I am not sure that the steps above are 100% but it was something to that nature

Aye the two hair deeds is the way to get the non neon white hair, it looks far better to

Dont think you can beards out of it ( but i am not certain on that point)
