Character transfer tokens

Has anyone ever used one? Do you know does it just transfer 1 character to another shard or all characters on the account? DO you get to keep anything in your characters bank and the armour and weaps your equipt with?

It moves one character and his/her posessions in the bank , equipped and in pack animals you have out.
