has the candle of love been lit on lake austin now....was going to farm some
alacrity scrolls but can't find any red spawn

Try fel I do not think any shard has completed the cnadle on that side so there should still be red spawn.

Just be extra careful

we can go as a group to fell dark. I need to get some blacksmithy scrolls, and train pets.

I remember reading somewhere very recently that Oceana is the only non Jap shard that has at least one facet of the Candle of Love quest done. Not sure if this includes Siege or nay.

I think you read that Oceania was the only shard NOT to have lit the candle on at least one shard.
