Buying Arms and Armor
I was wondering why the durability changes of an items from what it shows at on the NPCs when you buy it. For example, I want to buy something with durability 60/60, but when I buy it it becomes lower to xx/xx. Is this a bug?

Sounds like an issue for BBBB ..Britannia Better Business Bureau on bait and switch swindling NPC....or it really is a bug!

It could be a bug. I know it has been that way for a long time. Actually I have bought some with more durability then I thought I was getting
