Guildmate bought a house in a great spot in malas. We decided it would be kewl if I bought one of the houses next to him and another guildie bout the other.

We talked to one of the neighbors offered to purchase her house. She refused of course but we offered her a sum amount of gold plus my 18x18 by yew trammel moongate. She of course refused. Then we offered her the sum of 150 million.

I feel like those construction company's that keep pestering people for their land. Should I just give up the great spot my guildmate found or should I start throwing notes taped to bricks through the neighbors window?

This is truly an area where Fel OWNS Trammel/Malas in every respect. Want the neighbor gone, make it happen lol.

What Silverfoot said. Especially if they invested a lot of time in it, decorating, etc. Maybe it has sentimental value. I think you should just give up. If you offered her that much and she didn't give in, don't think she ever will.

Well the area is actually only accessible through recalling. I have no idea how anyone even got in there. Its a little desert with three 18x18 and about three or so smaller spots. The entire place is sorrounded by a mountains and has decent mining properties. (everything up to gold and one tiny verite spot, but perfect for me)

The players that own the houseing around my buddy are just keeping their accounts active, they are rarely online and when they are just pop in to make sure their house don't fall. my guild wants to make a player town and beleive this is the perfect spot since it is cut off from the rest of malas and only accessable through runes. There is absolutely no spawn whats so ever. the only draw back is its a desert and there is no trees.

It has always been my dream to start a player run town since great lakes had some that died. Role Playing on my shard has stayed strong but not enough to be reconized. I might as well give up but my buddy likes his house and would never settle for anywhere else since he has moved 8 times in two months.

If you offered that amoutnof money for a custom house, I would give up. Thats a stupid amount of money to sell someones house. When I made the orc stronghold on europa, it took quite a few months to get the houses I wanted, now I own the whole peninsula over a few accounts, some were nice and just gave me their houses. Others I had to ask them to sell. Some were nice about it some were not. In the end the money I paid was worth it. I certainly did not pay 150 mil though!

Well currently the guilds fund is a bit lacking. I believe alltogether we have about 300 million. That is going fast as the dream becomes more difficult and my mates are spending up their savings quick.
