Books of Truth?

Did they stop the book drops? I hunted the same place I did before where I got 17 books in an hour and didn't get a single one.

Still getting them on Napa, over 30 from trammel today. Just try some different fame level monsters in different dungeons.

I think they just singled us out Cabe.

0 books after 15+ Shadow Wyrms, 10 or so Demons, 20+ Drakes & Wyverns, and a few Dragons, and an Ancient Wyrm or two.

0 books after ungodly proportions of Ettins, Trolls, and Ogres.

Maybe they set a limit as to how many books are in each dungeon... nah, nevermind.

Books were slow to drop in Destard yesterday. But, I did learn that even the little wyverns give books. (I would have thought it was just the higher creatures like drakes and drags). I got a book off of a wyvern.

everything in the old dungeons give em, i take my archer and go kill earth eles. very good rate of getting the books.

Fascinating. Earlier this week I spent at least 2 hours in destard (and another hour in other dungeons), and I didn't get any books.

Last night I spent another third hour in deceit and got none, and then suddenly something changed. I got two almost in a row followed by two more a little while later (and three more that a pk left for me on the ground to pick up).

I made a grave yard out of shame with the bodies of earth elementals...not a single book there in 2 hours of slaughtering. I had better luck with the evil wizards @ 3 in an hour.

I did shame, killed about 50 EE and got 1 book.
