Body parts with timer?

Ok, I missed something. I am seeing body parts on the floor of luna bank with timers like the quest items. What did I miss?

Gotta stop sleeping will sitting here.

Have you picked any up? (maybe like the bucket in Sanctuary)

Yeppers, they can be picked up.. currently I see 2 Gelatonous skulls, they are blessed and have a lifespan a little over 11000 seconds, and 3 sets of legs.. Coagulated legs, blessed and 14000 second life span.

Never seen them before this.
