BNN Magincia time line need help

I like to produce ingame BNN books on the events and fell behind on the Magincia ones. Now I'm getting up to date I'm confused, here why. http://town.uo.com/bnn/article_583.html

this artical says they are sending sherry the mouse to report, so it must be out of date as she has been doing the reports. I have noticed a few date issues on the BNN items and wonder if anyone managed to note the correct date this artical was written
