Ask a question time Again!, Trapped Boxes!

Well I dont have Magic Resist so I need to get my hands dirty on some of these, I have heard you can get something called a trapped arrow box? supposdly its best to have those as they give so much damage as normal trapped boxes.

My question is, Where the bloody hell do you get a trapped box.
Do I have to carry multiple ones with me?
How much HP are they going to take off me, and whats the best one to get?

I always just used trapped pouches. Find a mage with low eval int to cast the magic trap spell on them. I haven't done that in a while tho so it may have changed.

Would it be best to make a mage with no evaluate int to make them? although if they do no damage, surely there not going to work
